Beauty Supervisor-Hamilton

About the role

A Victoria’s Secret & Co Beauty Supervisor is a values-based leader who delivers exceptional customer and associate experiences to grow brand top-line sales. This role is accountable for brand and customer experience execution within the store. In higher complexity stores, accountability is shared with and guided by a Beauty Manager. This role reports to the Store Manager or Beauty Manager, as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Ensures a strong customer and brand environment by supporting a store that delivers a compelling and consistent Beauty experience.
• Supports brand and customer experience execution within the store.
• Executes and maintains: Visual execution within the beauty business, Product storytelling and selling behaviors that bring the brand to life, Sales floor and fitting room standards (if applicable), Category-level execution aligned to brand priorities and direction.
• Promotes product availability and readiness.
• Identifies and escalates risks, gaps, and opportunities related to the customer and brand experience to ensure consistent execution.

• Demonstrates excellent merchandising skills.
• Experience with influencing cross-functional partners in informal and formal settings.
• A sense of self-awareness with an interest in seeking feedback to improve and develop.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, as well as frequent bending, stretching, kneeling, walking, and prolonged standing as part of daily tasks.
• Experience directing other individuals in the performance of their job duties preferred.
• 1+ years of retail leadership experience preferred.

Pay

Minimum Salary: $18.00 Maximum Salary: $21.60 VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.

Your schedule may vary based on store size and business complexity. In some locations, this role may take on broader responsibility for leading the business.
