Beauty Sales Consultant, Licensed
Position Summary
We are seeking a talented, sales-oriented Licensed Beauty Sales Consultant passionate about the beauty industry. You will provide personalized sales service, engage in various paid beauty services, and offer product advice to customers in-store. You will also manage time effectively, educate customers on proper product usage, and manage product displays.

Responsibilities
- Ensure customers have a world-class beauty advisor experience.
- Provide personalized sales service based on customer needs, upselling, and suggestive selling.
- Engage in conversations to stimulate a different thought process and generate sales.
- Manage time effectively between consultations, scheduled services, and walk-in clients.
- Display current and active Cosmetology/Esthetician license during all working hours.
- Create and maintain product displays and promote special promotional materials.
- Represent CVS at sales programs and events.
- Maintain a clean and well-stocked zone, ensuring compliance with hygiene standards.
- Complete ongoing sales, brand, and paid service execution training.
- Be a beauty expert, staying updated on the latest trends and techniques.
Requirements
- Current and valid Cosmetology/Esthetician License in the state of employment.
- Ability to perform ear-piercing services in all stores.
- Pass all required skills assessments and training courses.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Goal-driven, with the ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities.
- Able to stand for extended periods, move throughout the store, stoop, kneel, crouch, and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity.
- Available to work flexible retail schedules, including mornings, evenings, weekends, extended hours, and "Peak" Hours.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Qualifications
- Prior beauty sales experience with a strong passion for beauty.
- Physical abilities to support the responsibilities listed above.

The typical pay range for this role is $20.47 - $29.47. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
