Beauty Sales Consultant

Position Summary

We're looking for a passionate Beauty Sales Consultant to join our retail beauty team at CVS Health. You'll be a key beauty advisor, sharing your expertise and helping customers find the perfect products to enhance their look.

Customer Sales Experience

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized sales service
• Use product knowledge to suggest and sell products that meet their needs
• Build long-term relationships with customers through follow-up contacts

Operational

• Explain how products can help customers achieve their beauty goals
• Participate in company sales programs and events
• Create and maintain product displays and promotional materials
• Maintain a clean and organized beauty zone

Training & Personal Growth and Development

• Complete onboarding and ongoing training programs
• Meet and exceed sales goals
• Attend sales training meetings and conferences
• Continuously improve product knowledge and customer service skills

Physical Requirements

• Stand and move throughout the store for most of the workday
• Perform tasks requiring manual dexterity (e.g., ear piercing)
• Stoop, kneel, or crouch, and reach or grasp objects

Qualifications

• Sales-oriented
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Goal-driven, able to multi-task
• Available to work flexible schedules, including mornings, evenings, weekends, extended hours, and "Peak" Hours
• Willingness to perform ear-piercing services (training and certification provided)
• At least 18 years old

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior Beauty Sales Experience
• Current knowledge of beauty products and brands
• Strong passion for beauty
