Beauty Sales Consultant

Position Summary

We're looking for a passionate Beauty Sales Consultant to join our retail beauty team at CVS Health. You'll be part of a growing retail pharmacy with over 9,000 stores. Your role is to provide excellent customer service and sales advice, helping customers find the right beauty products.

Customer Sales Experience

• Engage with customers to ensure a fantastic experience
• Provide personalized sales service based on customer needs
• Upsell and suggest products effectively
• Follow up with customers to build lasting relationships

Operational

• Explain how products help customers address their needs
• Leverage CVS beauty monthly sampling program to build relationships
• Participate in and represent company sales programs or events
• Create and maintain product displays and promotional materials
• Maintain a clean and well-stocked beauty zone

Training & Personal Growth and Development

• Complete initial 30/60/90-day onboarding training
• Attend ongoing training and educational programs
• Execute the established sales plan and track progress
• Participate in sales training meetings and conference calls
• Compete with self to exceed sales goals

Physical Requirements

• Stand and move throughout the store for most of the work time
• Perform duties requiring manual dexterity (e.g., ear piercing)

Required Qualifications

• Sales-oriented
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Goal-driven, able to multi-task
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Available to work flexible retail schedules
• Ability to perform ear-piercing services
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior Beauty Sales Experience
• Current knowledge of beauty products and brands
• Strong passion for beauty
