Beauty Sales Consultant

Position Summary

We're looking for a passionate Beauty Sales Consultant to join our team at CVS Health. You'll be part of a leading retail pharmacy with over 9,000 stores, dedicated to providing a top-notch retail beauty experience.

Customer Sales Experience

• Engage in conversations to understand customer needs and provide tailored sales advice.
• Use product knowledge to educate customers on proper usage and benefits.
• Participate in and represent company sales programs or events.
• Create and maintain product displays and promotional materials.
• Maintain a clean and well-stocked beauty zone.
• Follow sanitation and waste disposal policies.

Operational

• Explain how products help customers address their needs.
• Leverage CVS beauty monthly sampling program to build relationships.
• Discuss CVS Beauty Club programs and invite customers to special events.
• Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques.

Training & Personal Growth and Development

• Complete initial onboarding training and ongoing educational programs.
• Meet sales and service goals and track progress.
• Attend sales training meetings and conference calls.
• Compete with yourself to exceed sales goals.
• Maintain a professional appearance.

Physical Requirements

• Stand and move throughout the store for most of the work time.
• Perform tasks requiring manual dexterity (e.g., ear piercing).
• Stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, and grasp objects.

Qualifications

• Sales-oriented.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Goal-driven and able to multi-task.
• Available to work flexible schedules, including mornings, evenings, weekends, extended hours, and "Peak" Hours.
• Willingness to perform ear-piercing services (training and certification provided).
• At least 18 years old.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior Beauty Sales Experience.
• Current knowledge of beauty products and brands.
• Strong passion for beauty.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
