Beauty Sales Consultant

Position Summary

We're looking for a passionate Beauty Sales Consultant to join our retail beauty team at CVS Health. You'll be a key beauty advisor, providing expert sales service and building strong relationships with customers.

Customer Sales Experience

• Engage customers to ensure a fantastic experience
• Listen to customer needs and provide tailored advice
• Use product knowledge to upsell and suggest additional items
• Follow up with customers to build long-term relationships

Operational

• Explain how products address customers' needs
• Leverage CVS beauty monthly sampling program to build relationships
• Create and maintain product displays and promotional materials
• Maintain a clean and well-stocked beauty zone
• Execute sanitation and waste disposal policies

Training & Personal Growth and Development

• Complete onboarding and ongoing training programs
• Meet sales and service goals
• Participate in sales training meetings and conferences
• Compete with self to exceed sales goals
• Stay updated on beauty trends and techniques

Physical Requirements

• Stand and move throughout the store for most of the work time
• Perform tasks requiring manual dexterity (e.g., ear piercing)
• Stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, and grasp objects

Qualifications

• Sales oriented
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Goal-driven and able to multitask
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Available to work flexible schedules
• Willingness to perform ear-piercing services
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (in some stores)

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior beauty sales experience
• Current knowledge of beauty products and brands
• Passion for beauty
