Beauty Master is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable K-Beauty Sales Team Lead to join their growing team. This role is perfect for someone who loves Korean beauty products, enjoys working with customers, and can confidently lead and motivate a sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the K-Beauty sales team on the floor
• Provide expert knowledge and recommendations on K-Beauty products
• Deliver outstanding customer service and build strong customer relationships
• Train and coach team members on product knowledge and sales techniques
• Aid with visual merchandising, inventory, and product launches
• Achieve and exceed sales goals
• Communicate effectively with store management

Qualifications

• Previous retail or beauty sales experience (K-Beauty experience preferred)
• Leadership or team-lead experience strongly preferred
• Passion for skincare, cosmetics, and K-Beauty trends
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Spanish and Portuguese speaking preferred
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability, including weekends
