About the Role
The B4A Admin & Ministry Operations role supports the B4A team by handling administrative and operational tasks, managing event planning, organizing processes and documentation, and overseeing the mobilization of short-term missions trips. The B4A Content Coordinator collaborates with the B4A Manager to drive the program’s vision, ensuring clear communication, thorough details, and prioritization of participants.
Responsibilities
- Assist B4A Staff with administrative and operational roles, including maintaining deadlines and gathering necessary information for meetings.
- Keep events and communication on schedule for email campaigns and social media.
- Manage the event planning process for B4A-hosted events, including Facilitator Training, Conferences, Rooted retreats, and End of Year Celebration:
- Serve as the point person for event setup, supplies, and implementation.
- Ensure event follow-up, surveys, and debriefing for quality control.
- Provide organization to processes and documentation:
- Create processes for content creation, such as ministry handbooks, journals, and packets.
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for events, including Rooted retreats, Facilitator Training, mission trips, and conferences.
- Maintain and update drives and documents (e.g., B4A alumni map, data organization).
- Create and manage evaluations.
- Prepare and maintain inventory of resources and supplies.
- Oversee the mobilization of B4A short-term missions trips:
- Mobilize trip participants.
- Prepare and send journals, resources, and other trip essentials.
- Engage with team members, donors, or alumni under the leading of the Holy Spirit.
- Develop a team of ministry partners to complete fundraising goals, ministering through prayer and teaching biblical truths (I Corinthians 9:14, Philippians 4:17).
- Training, encouragement, and ongoing support will be provided.
