Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications, skincare analyses, and recommend products based on customer needs
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a welcoming and inclusive store environment
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools
• Manage vendor events and promotions, building strong relationships with luxury brands
• Keep the department organized and customer-ready through regular cleaning and merchandising
• Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, products, and industry knowledge through training
• Open new Nordstrom Rewards program accounts to build customer loyalty

Requirements

• Passion for customer service and beauty, including trends, makeup application, and skincare
• Excellent interpersonal skills, able to connect with customers and handle concerns professionally
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends
• Ownership, accountability, and initiative

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a retail or sales environment, preferably in beauty or fashion
• Knowledge of beauty products and trends
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

Pay
