Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications, skincare analyses, and product recommendations based on customer needs

Pay

The pay range for this role is $27.00 - $28.10 hourly, with commissions varying based on the merchandise sold. Nordstrom also offers performance-based incentives and bonuses.

Schedule

The Beauty Counter Manager works a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to meet business needs.

Physical Requirements

Continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching to handle merchandise and assist customers. Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling. Handling bulky and awkwardly shaped items, including reaching for and lifting these items above the head. Regularly lifts up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
