Beauty Concierge - Ridgedale

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, results-driven Beauty Concierge who is committed to providing outstanding customer service every day.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct customers, assist with cosmetic inquiries and products, and provide a variety of other services
• Possess in-depth knowledge of the cosmetics area to provide customers and employees with information and directions
• Support store operations by acting as a general resource for customers and employees
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Make deliveries to customers

Requirements

• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with coworkers and customers
• Strong suggestive selling skills and ability to connect customers to salespeople
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills

Physical Requirements

• Continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching to handle merchandise and assist customers
• Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling
• Handle bulky and awkwardly shaped items, including reaching above the head
• Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds

Pay

$16.85 - $17.55 hourly
