Beauty Concierge - Clackamas Promenade Rack

We’re looking for a Rack Beauty Concierge who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Share your passion for beauty trends and educate customers on product knowledge
• Ensure a quick, easy, and enjoyable customer experience while helping shoppers find great deals
• Maintain a clean and fully stocked sales floor, including inventory processes, merchandise check-in, and accurate ticketing
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently and effectively
• Collaborate with the team to keep the sales floor ready through re-merchandising, restocking testers, and straightening displays

Requirements

• Enthusiasm, optimism, and a proactive attitude
• Strong sense of accountability and ownership
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Ability to stay calm and composed in a busy retail environment
• Solid math, verbal, and written communication skills

Physical Requirements

• Continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching to handle merchandise and assist customers
• Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling
• Handling bulky or awkwardly shaped items, including reaching above the head and lifting items weighing up to 10 pounds regularly and up to 25 pounds occasionally

Pay

$19.15 - $19.95 hourly
