Responsibilities
- Advising customers on our skincare products and their benefits
- Aiding customers with their tanning needs while adhering to state and local recommendations
- Meting daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
- Maintaining a clean and organized salon
- Handling cash and performing daily administrative tasks
- Tracking progress towards personal and team goals
- Consulting with customers in a professional and upbeat manner
- Providing exceptional customer service
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years of age
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends
- Ability to stand, bend, and walk for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance
Pay
Competitive hourly pay ranging from $11 to $15, depending on location and experience.
