Responsibilities
- Guide customers on our skincare products and their benefits
- Aid customers with their tanning needs while following state and local guidelines
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Keep the salon clean and organized
- Manage cash and perform daily administrative tasks
- Track personal and team progress towards goals
- Consult with customers in a professional and upbeat manner
- Deliver exceptional customer service
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years of age
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends
- Ability to stand, bend, and walk for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance
Pay
