Responsibilities

• Guide customers on our skincare products and their benefits
• Aid customers with their tanning needs while following state and local guidelines
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Keep the salon clean and organized
• Manage cash and perform daily administrative tasks
• Track personal and team progress towards goals
• Consult with customers in a professional and upbeat manner
• Deliver exceptional customer service

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years of age
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for long periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance

Pay

• Competitive hourly pay ranging from $11 to $15, depending on location and experience
• Earn uncapped commission up to 15% of your total sales based on performance
