Responsibilities
- Prioritize each guest as if they were a cherished guest in your home, extending warm hospitality and offering a sensorial experience that fosters genuine connections.
- Welcome feedback openly, presume positive intentions, and maintain a growth-oriented mindset.
- Support and assist with all store operations, policies, and procedures, taking the initiative to solve problems and put the customer's needs first.
- Foster a team culture by offering direction, mentorship, and encouragement to colleagues, cultivating a positive and inclusive environment.
- Communicate with intent, collaborating effectively with varied communication styles and individual personalities within the team.
- Contribute to the company's waste reduction targets through support of in-store initiatives, such as our recycling program, following inventory management guidelines to reduce product waste, eliminating single-use plastics, and promoting refill products.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills and creative problem-solving ability.
- Entrepreneurial attitude with a background in a sales-driven environment.
- Mindset focused on customer satisfaction (internal and external customers).
- Interest in skincare, body care, and fragrance is beneficial.
- Adaptability and flexibility are recommended.
- Basic technology skills.
