Our goal is to form genuine, trusted relationships with each guest while experiencing luxury through our iconic products. We are seeking an individual passionate about creating a sensory oasis within our beauty space this holiday season.

The Fundamentals of What You’ll Do:

• Prioritize each guest as if they were a cherished guest in your home, extending warm hospitality and offering a sensorial experience that fosters genuine connections.
• Welcome feedback openly, presume positive intentions, and maintain a growth-oriented mindset.
• Support & assist with all store operations, policies, and procedures, taking the initiative by solving problems and putting the customer's needs first.
• Foster a team culture that is both positive and inclusive by offering direction, mentorship, and encouragement to your colleagues.
• Collaborate and communicate with intent, varying communication styles and individual personalities within the team.
