About the role

This role is perfect for a licensed professional who values both independence and purpose-driven work. As an independent contractor, you will work 1 to 2 days per week with flexible scheduling to fit your availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide a full range of salon services including cutting, washing, styling, sets, and perms.
• Create a positive, uplifting experience that helps residents feel confident and cared for.
• Bring your own tools and preferred products.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitized salon environment.
• Build trusting relationships with residents and staff.

Requirements

• Licensed Beautician Manager License required in Wisconsin.
• At least 1 year of professional experience.
• Active liability insurance.
• Warm, patient, and personable approach; experience with seniors is a plus.
• Reliable and self-motivated.
