Beacon Power Services Launches 2026 Graduate Trainee Programme
Programme Highlights
Beacon Power Services (BPS), a Nigerian technology company specializing in electrical grid management software and network analytics for utilities across Africa, has opened applications for its 2026 Graduate Trainee Programme. The company seeks high-potential young graduates to join its 12-month structured development initiative.
Trainees will rotate across two different business functions, spending six months in each, gaining hands-on experience in how the company operates. At the end of the programme, top-performing participants stand a strong chance of being offered permanent roles within Beacon Power Services.
The initiative focuses on developing individuals with the right mindset and attitude, equipping them with practical skills in a fast-paced environment. Trainees will be responsible for delivering operational tasks, supporting research and analysis, participating in meetings and training sessions, and gradually taking on more ownership of their work while contributing to team success.
Eligibility Criteria
- Age: Must not be older than 26 years
- NYSC: Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) and possess a discharge certificate
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree with a minimum of Second Class Lower (2:2) division
- Relevant Fields: Computer Science/IT, Data Science, Business Administration, Finance/Accounting, Human Resources/Organizational Psychology, Electrical Engineering, Communications/Multimedia/Marketing, or ESG/Sustainability
