Beach Service Attendant

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm smile and assist with their beach needs, including setting up chairs and umbrellas.
• Maintain a clean and inviting beach area by tidying up regularly and ensuring all equipment is in top shape.
• Provide outstanding customer service by anticipating guest needs and responding promptly and courteously.
• Aid in beach inventory management and report any equipment or safety concerns to management.
• Promote resort amenities and special events to enhance the guest experience.

Requirements

• A sunny disposition and a passion for creating fun, memorable experiences.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with guests and team members.
• Comfortable working outdoors in a beach environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required — we’ll train you!
