About the role
The Be Well Care Well Coach is responsible for promoting wellness initiatives and providing coaching services to students, faculty, and staff at the University of South Carolina.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement wellness programs tailored to the needs of the university community.
- Provide individual and group coaching sessions to enhance personal and professional development.
- Collaborate with campus partners to integrate wellness into various aspects of university life.
- Conduct wellness assessments and provide feedback to participants.
- Stay updated on current wellness trends and best practices.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in a related field such as health education, psychology, or a related area.
- Experience in wellness programming and coaching.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of wellness concepts and strategies.
- Experience with program evaluation and assessment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay
Salary range: $73,756 per year
Schedule
Standard working schedule: 8:30am – 5:00pm
