What We're Looking For
- Compassionate, dependable, and caring individuals
- Previous experience as a Caregiver, HHA, CNA, PCA, or home care professional preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license and current auto insurance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, dependable, and compassionate attitude
- Able to pass a background check
- Authorized to work in the United States
What You'll Do as a Caregiver
- Provide companionship and meaningful conversation
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care
- Prepare meals and assist with daily routines
- Provide medication reminders
- Help with light housekeeping and laundry
- Assist with grocery shopping and errands
- Support mobility and safe transfers
- Provide transportation to appointments when applicable
- Document care provided and communicate with the care team
- Encourage independence while treating every client with dignity and respect
