Comfort Keepers is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide in-home care in Omaha, NE and Council Bluffs, IA. We are looking for weekend warriors who can work both Saturday and Sunday.

About the Role

As a Nursing Assistant, you will assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), provide compassionate care, companionship, and help with day-to-day tasks such as errands, doctor’s appointments, and outings. Your role directly enhances clients' quality of life by enabling them to engage in favorite activities they might otherwise be unable to do.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Provide compassionate care and companionship
• Manage day-to-day tasks, including errands and transportation to appointments or outings
• Adhere to Comfort Keepers policies, procedures, and Federal/State regulations

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of an accredited CNA program or community-based organization (CBE)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no DUIs in the last 5 years)
• Current, active car insurance
• Clear background check (criminal, OIG, SAMS, DHHS)
• Active CNA certification preferred
• Minimum 2 years of skilled caregiving experience in long-term care, memory care, or home care
• Ability to reliably commute to Omaha, NE

Qualifications

• 1+ years of CNA experience
• 2+ years of caregiving experience
• Spanish language skills preferred

Pay

$16.00 – $20.00 per hour
