BDR Enablement Program Manager

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a BDR Enablement Program Manager to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a regulated financial services environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage post-onboarding learning journeys for sales teams
• Design and optimize various learning programs, including technical and leadership training
• Collaborate with subject-matter experts to create training content and experiences
• Identify and address skills gaps through data analysis and feedback
• Leverage tools like LMS platforms to manage your learning initiatives
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for teams and leaders at all levels
• Measure and improve program effectiveness using key performance indicators

Qualifications

• 4-7+ years of experience in procurement or enablement within a high-growth software company
• Proven ability to design and scale effective programs in dynamic environments
• Cross-functional project management experience with tight deadlines
• Strong analytical skills to derive insights from data for learning strategies
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
