About the role

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with a strong focus on online freelance platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and solid experience in managing and handling clients.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and handle clients on online freelance platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, and Freelancer
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow client base
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
  • Present proposals and manage the sales process effectively

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in business development or a similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience with online freelance platforms and tools

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of successful client management and relationship building
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Fluency in English

Skills

  • Strong understanding of online freelance platforms and tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello)
