About the role
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with a strong focus on online freelance platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and solid experience in managing and handling clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage and handle clients on online freelance platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, and Freelancer
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow client base
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
- Present proposals and manage the sales process effectively
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in business development or a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience with online freelance platforms and tools
Qualifications
- Proven track record of successful client management and relationship building
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Fluency in English
Skills
- Strong understanding of online freelance platforms and tools
