Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Increase the sales traffic by responding to inbound calls, making outbound sales calls such as (not limited to) internet lead responses, unsold internet showroom traffic and follow up calls which produce specific appointments for the sales team.
  • Respond to customer inquiries with courtesy, accuracy and professionalism.
  • Understands the needs of the customer, developing a flexible sales process, to draw them into the store for vehicle demonstration and to close the transaction.
  • Supports the marketing initiatives of the dealership by relaying promotions by phone.
  • Checks systems frequently and responds to inquiries immediately; promptly and accurately enter all customer inquiry data into the CRM.
  • Effectively utilize lead management tools to maintain repeat and referral business.
