Responsibilities

• Create a great first impression by being the first voice of our dealership
• Quickly and professionally respond to internet and phone inquiries
• Set up appointments for our sales teams
• Stay organized with emails, calls, and customer follow-ups
• Work with a dynamic team and use your communication skills to make an impact

Requirements

• A friendly, go-getter attitude
• Strong communication skills – both spoken and written
• Comfortable with computers, Outlook, and multitasking like a pro
• Previous experience in sales, BDC, or a call center is awesome—but we’ll train the right person!
• Willing to work weekends and occasional holidays (team rotation)
• Must pass a background check and drug screen
