About the role
Banks Chevrolet, a family-owned dealership serving Concord, New Hampshire, and all of New England, is seeking a BDC Sales Representative to join their online sales team. This role is customer service-based, focusing on assisting customers with their online shopping needs.
Responsibilities
- Field incoming internet leads, calls, emails, and text messages
- Communicate efficiently and effectively with customers, assisting with their online shopping needs
- Set appointments for showroom visits
- Work under the direction of the BDC Manager and Assistant Manager
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with Sales staff and customers
- Earn a commission-based income with unlimited potential for growth
Requirements
- BDC Experience (minimum 1 year preferred)
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to take feedback and constructive criticism
- Ability to work flexible hours (open 6 days a week, 5-day work week including every other weekend off)
- Team player attitude
- Strong time-management skills and ability to multitask
- Possess a willingness to learn and become a true professional
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- BDC experience (1 year preferred)
- Sales experience (1 year preferred)
- Driver's license (preferred)
