About the role

This is an entry level position for those wishing to enter the automotive industry. Use the industry's most advanced tools to help customers get fair market value or better in the sale of their vehicles.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate directly with customers via phone, text, and email
  • Coordinate directly with top dealership managers
  • Answer customer questions and coordinate sales appointments
  • Communicate directly with customers via multiple mediums
  • Coordinate data sharing among senior managers and other staff members
  • Properly use the best information technology systems in the industry

Requirements

  • Schedule: M - F 9:00A - 5:00P OR 11:00A - 7:00P and every other Saturday
  • Worthy of trust
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to smoothly share information and coordinate events with staff throughout the dealership
  • Capable of computer data entry
  • Quickly learn processes and product knowledge
