Responsibilities
- Support and motivate the ABS (Sales Representatives) to achieve appointment, sales, and customer satisfaction goals
- Aid in daily operations including inbound/outbound calls, internet lead management, and follow-up processes
- Help implement and maintain dealership CRM procedures and best practices
- Ensure accurate customer information is entered and maintained within the CRM system
- Work closely with management to improve lead conversion, appointment show rates, and overall customer experience
- Stay informed on Audi products, dealership promotions, and current market trends
- Provide exceptional customer service while helping drive dealership growth
Qualifications
- Previous BDC, customer service, call center, or automotive dealership experience preferred
- Leadership experience or the ability to mentor and motivate a team
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with computers and CRM systems
- Professional demeanor with a customer-first mindset
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
