BDC Agent - Sun Chevrolet

About the role

The BDC Agent at Sun Chevrolet is responsible for generating appointments with customers who contact the dealership via the internet for service of new and/or pre-owned vehicles. This position involves responding to customer inquiries with courtesy, accuracy, and professionalism, managing inquiry flow, updating customer files, and tracking customer interest.

Responsibilities

• Respond to internet inquiries with courtesy, accuracy and professionalism.
• Promptly and accurately enter all customer inquiry data into the CRM.
• Generate service appointments.
• Conduct phone surveys to assess customer preferences and quality of experience.
• Effectively utilize lead management tools.
• Compile all necessary reports, forms and other documentation on a timely basis.
• Perform cashier duties as requested.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
• Exhibit ethical behavior, provide the highest degree of customer satisfaction and be honest in all aspects of dealing with customers.

Requirements

• Previous experience in either a high-volume call center environment or quota-driven role.
• Excellent interpersonal skills over the phone.
• Goal-driven to meet and exceed store appointment goals.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Qualifications

• All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
• All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver license.

Pay and Schedule

• Payrate: $20.00 an hour plus bonus.
• Expected annual income of $45,000 to $60,000.
• Schedule: FULL TIME
• Weekend Availability Required
