BDC Administrator

On-site position in Verona, NJ.

About the role

Use your selling ability, phone manner, and email communications to bring clients into the dealership. You will report to the Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming phone calls and schedule sales appointments.
• Contact Internet customers by email, phone, and text to schedule sales appointments.
• Coordinate with the Sales Department to track appointment attendance and outcomes.
• Exceed monthly performance goals.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older.
• 3+ years of experience in sales or telemarketing.
• 3+ years of experience in phone sales, business development, or customer service (preferred).
• Ability to provide information to potential clients and customers.
• Work effectively both individually and in a team.
• Computer proficiency and typing skills.

Pay

Estimated annual compensation: $55,000 - $75,000. Actual pay may vary based on experience, job-related knowledge, bonuses, commissions, and location.
