Responsibilities

  • Own the sales strategy and consultative sales cycles for your assigned territory focusing on new logo acquisition followed by a land and expand approach to build a client relationship
  • Identify and engage C-suite decision-makers through insight-driven outreach
  • Accelerate client touch points and sales velocity through campaigns, calling and roadshows
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to run campaigns and build winning proposals
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with prospects and clients, positioning the firm as a long-term strategic partner
  • Negotiate and close complex multi-year managed services and consulting contracts
  • Exceed growth targets through disciplined pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and relentless execution
  • Be the point contact for clients through the life cycle of the relationship - follow up on delivery and ensure total client satisfaction
  • Represent Crisil Integral IQ in conferences & events

Requirements

  • 8-15 years’ experience
  • A good understanding of banking operations, risk/compliance, and transformation
  • A “hunter” mindset balanced with strategic relationship management skills
  • Exceptional executive presence, communication, and negotiation skills
  • A collaborative orientation with the ability to manage stakeholders
  • Resilience to manage long sales cycles (6–18 months) with persistence and discipline

Qualifications

  • You are tenacious, persistent, resourceful in bringing new business
  • Front office / business development/ sales experience would be an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred
