BCRP Administration Unit Supervisor
Job Description and Duties
Under general direction of the Assistant Director working on the Beverage Container Recycling Program, the Supervisor I manages several analysts that serve as department liaisons for human resource packets, budget proposals, division spending plans, facility management, contracts, accounting, and other department divisions. Develops metrics and assigns workload to achieve efficient operations for four branches and approximately 175 staff in the division.
Working Conditions
The incumbent works in a high-rise office building in an enclosed, non-windowed office cubicle in a smoke-free environment. The work schedule is Monday through Friday. Mandatory overtime, including evening and weekend work, may be necessary during the year or when the department is mission tasked. Travel may be required locally and within the state.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Two years of full-time experience in a supervisory capacity
- Knowledge of California State Hiring Procedures
