About the role
Bcore is seeking a Full Stack Developer to support a key government customer. The position involves designing, developing, and deploying sophisticated enterprise computing infrastructure, including web applications, network infrastructure, and cloud services.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop full-stack applications using HTML5, JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, Java Spring, APIs, microservices, and AWS cloud services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met and deliverables are completed on time.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure quality and performance.
- Participate in agile development practices and contribute to continuous improvement of processes and tools.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in full-stack development and cloud technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 16 years of relevant experience in full-stack development.
- Expertise in front-end development with HTML5, JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS.
- Experience with back-end development using Java Spring, APIs, microservices.
- Hands-on experience with database management, including RDBMS and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with testing and debugging using testing frameworks and tools.
- Experience with DevOps tools and software development methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in a SecDevOps Agile environment.
- Knowledge of migrating Ruby on Rails to Java.
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IOC) and cloud design principles.
- Understanding of SecDevOps and its applications.
Pay
The expected salary range within the Washington, DC metropolitan area is INSERT-THE-RANGE. Final compensation is unique to each individual and will be determined based on factors such as experience, education, geographic location, and contractual requirements.

This is a full-time position located in Herndon, VA.
