About the role

Investigates, analyzes, negotiates, resolves, documents and reports on consumer and commercial billing issues and complaints against the organization. Identifies solutions that address billing issues and presents appropriate resolution options to customers. Negotiates and authorizes billing settlements within established limits and adjusts customer accounts.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and analyze billing issues and complaints for both consumer and commercial accounts.
• Negotiate and resolve billing disputes, ensuring fair and appropriate outcomes.
• Document all actions taken and report findings to relevant stakeholders.
• Identify viable solutions to billing problems and present resolution options to customers.
• Authorize billing settlements within predefined limits and adjust customer accounts accordingly.
