About the role

Provide high-quality BCBA services in a clinic-based setting. Lead individual and group therapy sessions, develop and implement behavior intervention plans, and conduct assessments.

Responsibilities

• Lead individual and group therapy sessions
• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans
• Conduct assessments
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure comprehensive care
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis preferred
• BCBA certification required
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder
• Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
