About the role
Provide high-quality BCBA services in a clinical-based setting in Philadelphia, PA.
Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans
- Train staff in behavior analysis techniques
- Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions
- Document progress and outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis preferred
- Valid BCBA certification
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorders
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Qualifications
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in data collection and analysis
