BCBA - Parent Partnership Coordinator

About the role

SenseSational Learning Group, a Finni Health Company, is seeking a BCBA (or BCaBA) to serve as a Parent Partnership Coordinator in a hybrid clinical + partnerships role. The position serves families in Lansing, Okemos, Mason, Charlotte, and Eaton Rapids, MI, combining direct NDBI‑based service delivery with parent coaching, community outreach, and partnership building.

Responsibilities

• Carry a caseload of 25 billable hours/week delivering NDBI‑based services across home, school, and community settings (caseload eases as partnership work ramps up over the first ~6 months).
• Coach parents and caregivers as genuine collaborators, not just trainers receiving instructions.
• Design and lead parent training and support groups at the SenseSational Hub.
• Represent the organization in the community: build relationships with pediatricians, schools, early intervention programs, and other referral partners.
• Help shape outward‑facing marketing around parent partnership and family‑centered care.
• Gather parent feedback to continuously improve the coaching approach.

Requirements

• BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Current Michigan state licensure.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.

Pay

$85,000 – $90,000 per year (BCBA). BCaBA positions are available with compensation differing from BCBA rates.
