About the role

Achievers ABA Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide community-based and in-home ABA services throughout Northwest Indiana, based out of Hammond, IN. This is a great opportunity for Chicago-area BCBAs looking for a short commute across the state line into a supportive, community-embedded clinical role.

Starting Salary

$100,000/year + performance-based bonuses

Requirements

• Current BCBA certification in good standing
• Active Indiana LBA licensure, or immediate eligibility to obtain
• Bachelor's degree in ABA, psychology, or related field
• Experience with pediatric ABA preferred
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Commitment to high-quality, ethical clinical care

Skills

• Conduct functional assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Supervise and mentor RBTs delivering direct therapy in home/community settings
• Provide parent training and caregiver coaching
• Monitor client progress, adjust programming, and maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary team members
• Ensure clinical quality and adherence to ABA best practices across community-based service delivery
