About the role

This position requires a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with at least 2 years of experience in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment to children with Autism. The ideal candidate must hold a current and unrestricted BCBA certification from the BACB and possess a Master's degree in Psychology, Behavior Analysis, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Complete all aspects of Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior support plans (BSP).
  • Conduct assessments such as VB-MAPP, AFLS, Vineland, and other supplemental assessments based on the client's needs.
  • Go into the homes to conduct FBAs, complete progress monitoring, and provide direct supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs).
  • Develop individualized treatment plans including goals, objectives, and interventions.
  • Provide direct case supervision to BTs and monitor client progress towards goals.
  • Provide parent training based on the principles of ABA.
  • Train and supervise RBTs and BCBA candidates as outlined in the BCBA Supervision Contract.
  • Ensure 85% fulfillment of authorized client hours for your assigned caseload.
  • Minimize cancellations of scheduled sessions for your assigned caseload.
  • Locate substitutes for therapist call outs and provide direct therapy if a substitute BT is not available.
  • Be open to feedback from the ABA Director and Clinical Director to support your growth within the company.
  • Be willing to conduct FBAs both in-person and via telehealth (if clinically appropriate).

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience providing ABA treatment to children with Autism.
  • Strong administrative skills with a working knowledge of common scheduling and billing practices in the ABA field.
  • Current knowledge of treatment practices and a drive to continually learn about and explore new treatment practices.
  • Able to work with a wide range of patients (age, race, ethnicity, etc).
  • Highly flexible and agile, able to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
  • Collaborative, team-oriented, and customer service-driven.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between homes in the Fontana area.
  • Valid California Driver's license in good standing.

Qualifications

  • Current and unrestricted BCBA certification from the BACB.
  • Master's degree from an accredited college or university in Psychology, Behavior Analysis, or related field.

Skills

  • Ability to stand, walk, and sit frequently or for prolonged periods of time.
  • Physical abilities including lifting/carrying/pushing/pulling, stooping/crouching, reaching/handling/fingering, talking/hearing conversations, and near/far visual acuity/depth perception/color vision/field of vision.

Pay Range

$90,000 - 105,000 (Depending on experience)
