About the role
Provide behavioral intervention services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress towards goals.
Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
- Implement evidence-based interventions and strategies
- Monitor and document client progress
- Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Master's degree preferred
- BCBA certification required
- Experience working with individuals with ASD and/or other developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
