BCBA Consultant - Delaware (Part-Time, Remote)

Key Responsibilities

• Advises on state regulations, cultural nuances, and care-model innovation.
• Advises on policies and outcome metrics to ensure evidence-based, family-centered care.
• Acts as the primary credentialed provider for the group when applying to commercial and Medicaid plans in your state.
• Uses and critiques the all-in-one tech stack (scheduling, data, EHR, billing) to guide product improvements.
• If interested, starts seeing clients on the platform and builds your own practice over time (no upfront fees, full ops support).

Ideal Candidate

• Active BCBA license in good standing in Massachusetts.
• Licence to practice in multiple states a plus.
• Familiarity with payer credentialing or utilization-management processes is a plus.
• Passion for expanding equitable autism care and experimenting with outcome-driven models.
• Enjoys autonomy and remote, flexible collaboration.

Compensation

$100-150 per hour dependent on experience and geographic location.
