About the role

Enhance cognitive and social skills through evidence-based interventions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs.
  • Conduct assessments to evaluate progress and adjust interventions accordingly.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Provide direct therapy services to clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
  • Valid state license to practice as a BCBA.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorders.
  • Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
