About the role
Enhance cognitive and social skills through evidence-based interventions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs.
- Conduct assessments to evaluate progress and adjust interventions accordingly.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Provide direct therapy services to clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
- Valid state license to practice as a BCBA.
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorders.
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
