Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs.
• Conduct assessments and progress evaluations to measure client improvement.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Provide direct therapy services to clients in various settings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Valid state licensure as a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst).
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorders.
• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.
