About the role
Enhance cognitive and social skills through evidence-based interventions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs.
- Conduct assessments and progress evaluations to measure client improvement.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Provide direct therapy services to clients in various settings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
- Valid state licensure as a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst).
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorders.
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.
