BCBA Clinical Supervisor – Hybrid & Senior Opportunities Available

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and mentorship to Behavior Interventionists and Assistant Clinical Supervisors.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that empower clients and families.
• Collaborate with a team of passionate clinicians who are as excited about growth as you are.
• Deliver meaningful parent training and support.
• Stay hands-on with client care while shaping the next generation of ABA professionals.

Requirements

• Active BCBA certification
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
• Passion for mentoring, learning, and collaboration
• Strong communication skills and a heart for making a difference
• Open to both newly certified BCBAs and experienced supervisors

• Total Compensation: $84,000 – $103,000 (based on experience, role, and region)

Pay

The posted salary range is $84,000 – $103,000 and reflects our California market. Final compensation is tailored to each candidate, with adjustments for experience, skills, and location. Pay ranges may vary for positions outside the state.
