About the role

The Autism Clinic, a division of the nationally recognized non-profit Hope, is seeking a BCBA Clinical Site Director to lead and support the day-to-day operations of a TAC site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the ethical and evidence-based delivery of behavior analytic services, supervising staff, and maintaining the site's financial health.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the safety of all site-assigned clients and staff via routine safety checks, following all safety protocols and procedures, and swift follow up if safety concerns arise.
  • Act as a role model for site employees and parents/guardians and uphold these expectations for all employees via feedback, mentoring, and coaching.
  • Provide feedback, as necessary, for employees if behavior is not in accordance with expectations and positive reinforcement for consistent demonstration.
  • Handle sensitive employee relation issues with integrity, either individually or with the assistance of Human Resources.
  • Directly supervise, mentor, and support the site’s dedicated employees formally, via performance evaluations and feedback, and informally, as needed.
  • Oversee supervision and clinical experiences provided to assigned Level 1 clinicians and/or fieldwork students.
  • Ensure the prosperity of assigned TAC site, which includes but is not limited to the following items: understanding and meeting organizational goals and key site metrics, diligently monitoring the key site metrics each week, following up quickly if there are concerning trends or data points with key metrics, using standard operating procedures to have a positive influence on key metrics, collaborating with other Site Directors or Regional Directors to understand best practices that influence metrics, ensuring that all therapy is being provided under an active authorization, and that all assessments and re-assessments are submitted in a timely manner, monitoring the site’s schedule to ensure efficient staffing, adhering to the onboarding timelines, diligently working to keep the site at capacity through strategic onboarding, advanced planning, and anticipating discharges, ensuring compliance with Hope and/or TAC policies and procedures, championing the site’s weekly billing call, and ensuring that any and all research-based activities are carried out with fidelity and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with TAC leadership to guide the development of policies and procedures to ensure alignment between best clinical practices and operational decisions.
  • Complete all required documentation per organizational expectations and timelines (e.g., requisition forms, reimbursement forms, SharePoint documents, weekly billing call).
  • Collaborate with the Lead RBT to create and manage the site’s scheduling efforts, which includes, but is not limited to document creation and management, review, adjustment based on staffing trends or site needs, approving employee or caregiver schedule changes, and approving employee time off requests.
  • Provides oversight to the site’s speed to RBT process, ensuring that each hired employee earns their RBT credentials within 90 days from hire.
  • Act as an extension of Human Resources for the hiring of Behavior Technicians including scheduling and conducting interviews, communicating the intention to hire, coordination of onboarding and training needs, and ensuring the completion of RBT competency assessments.
  • Act as an extension of the Marketing and Communications team to create community partnerships for recruitment and intake purposes.
  • Assumes the responsibility of a mandated reporter concerning incidents of alleged abuse and neglect, as outlined by state guidelines and in accordance with the organization’s policies.
  • Provides direct care, as necessary.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience working with individuals with ASD
  • Previous BCBA supervision or Site Director experience preferred

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Experience in ABA therapy and supervision
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills

Pay

$95,000.00 annually (based on experience)

Schedule

Monday through Friday 8am-4pm, No weekends!
