About the role
Join a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional care and support. We are seeking a BCBA Clinical Director to lead our clinical services in Atlanta.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation and adherence to treatment plans and protocols.
- Provide supervision and training to Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCAs).
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive client care.
Requirements
- A Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field.
- A BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- At least 3 years of experience in a clinical behavior analysis setting.
- Experience in managing a team of BCAs and overseeing daily operations.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in using data analysis software and tools.
- Knowledge of ethical and legal standards in ABA practice.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
- Experience with functional behavior assessment (FBA).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
