Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation and adherence to treatment plans and protocols.
• Provide supervision and training to Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCAs).
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive client care.

Requirements

• A Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field.
• A BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• At least 3 years of experience in a clinical behavior analysis setting.
• Experience in managing a team of BCAs and overseeing daily operations.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in using data analysis software and tools.
• Knowledge of ethical and legal standards in ABA practice.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
• Experience with functional behavior assessment (FBA).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
