What You'll Own

This is your center. You set the clinical standard, develop the team, and own the quality of care that goes out the door — with the authority to shape how your center actually runs, not just enforce someone else's playbook. We hire leaders, then trust them to lead.

The Support Behind You

Leading a center is hard; doing it without backup is harder. Here you're not alone: scheduling, billing, authorizations, and RBT recruiting sit with dedicated teams, so your time goes to clinical leadership and your people. Our VP of Clinical Quality and Training, Liza Bodner, along with our Regional Director, Ryan Emry, and Area Director, Sandy Reeson, are a phone call away when a case or a decision is genuinely hard.

The Work Is Worth Leading

Liza led the team that built the Gracent Care Calculator: a peer-reviewed clinical tool that recommends treatment intensity based on the child, not a default. We presented it at CASP 2026 in Las Vegas, then made it free to the entire field (gracentcares.com/care-calculator). We're a BACB ACE Provider running free in-house CEUs. As a Clinical Director, you don't just apply that standard, you help carry it, and your clinicians grow because of how you lead.

Scope & Key Metrics

  • Clinical and operational oversight of your center along with a reduced case of roughly 60 client hours
  • Supervision: 12–20% target supervision, 2.5–5% Family Treatment Guidance (FTG)

How It Actually Works — The Full Picture

  • You lead the clinical bar; you don't fight for it. Because our model individualizes treatment intensity (via the Care Calculator) and protects supervision time as real structure, you spend your energy developing clinicians and raising quality, not defending good practice to a spreadsheet.
  • Progress you can prove. We measure outcomes and make them visible. Our STEP Score, family Report Cards, and OBM dashboards give you a clear, shared read on whether care is working across your center. So you lead with data, coach with specifics, and show families real movement.
  • One child, one plan, many minds. Your center runs genuinely interdisciplinary care. BCBAs, SLPs, and OTs work the same cases, often co-treating, and you orchestrate that collaboration instead of refereeing parallel services.
  • A real bridge to the classroom. Our half-day Prep School supports children working toward a traditional classroom who still need 1:1 support. This is another lever you lead with, and a model most providers don't have.
  • Real support, real autonomy. Operational load (scheduling, billing, authorizations, RBT recruiting) sits with the teams whose job it is. You get the autonomy to run your center and the backup to do it well.

How Your Schedule Actually Works

Full-time, built around your life. A midday appointment doesn't cost you PTO; you work around it.
