BCBA/ Clinical Director

About the role

Blossom ABA Therapy is seeking a Clinical Director BCBA to lead their new clinic in Stockbridge. The ideal candidate will advance their career while leading a real leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Leading and managing the clinic including overseeing the clinic staff.
• Conduct tours for prospective clients' families to show our facilities.
• Oversee the implementation of all scheduling and proper ABA therapy.
• Provide training for the client's families.
• Maintain proper decorum and ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Oversee a caseload of clients.

Requirements

• Master's degree in psychology, special education or related fields.
• Currently certified as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Strong leadership qualities.
• 2 years of clinical BCBA experience.

Pay

$90,000-$110,000 per year.

Full Time, Monday-Friday.
